   Thank you so much for your feed back.
   I understand your situation andI see no point why they don’t let you do it.
   If that were our shop you would not have such problem doing so.
   Unfortunately, each iBeat and iStudio was run by different company.
   For example, the one in Pattaya has the different owner than us.
   Apple do have common policies that all the shops have to follow; however,
   the operation is still under the company/owner of each shop.
   Thus, it varies from shop to shop.

   ต้องเข้าที่ศูนย์ซ่อมนะครับ ราคาขึ้นอยู่กับว่าอะไรเสียหายบ้าง ต้องให้ทางศุนย์ซ่อมเป็นคนตอบนะครับ

   เครื่องไม่อ่านแผ่น ครับ ไม่ทราบว่ามีวิธีแนะนำอย่างไร บ้างครับ

   ถ้าไม่อ่านเลยแม้แต่แผ่นเดียว น่าจะเป็นที่ตัว Drive เสียครับ..เอาเข้าศูนย์ให้เค้าเช็คและเปลี่ยนดีกว่า แต่ถ้าอ่านบ้างไม่อ่านบ้าง อาจจะมี 2 อย่างคือ Drive กำลังจะเสียแล้ว หรือ แผ่นมีรอยขีดข่วนหรือแผ่นสกปรกครับ
